Campus Pastor

ACCOUNTABLE TO:  Lead Pastor 

PURPOSE: Provide general leadership and oversight to the entire congregation.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1.    Maintain the Unity of LifeBridge

2.    The growth of your campus

3.     Lead the local campus

4.    Identify, recruit and develop key ministry leaders

5.    Facilitate the weekend services

6.    Be actively involved with the community to champion the value of outreach

7.    Serve on the Executive Team of LifeBridge

a.    Be an active part of creating and developing message series

b.    Pray and dream with executive team on overall ministry decisions for the overall organization.

SKILL/ABILITY/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
