First Baptist Church Dandridge is prayerfully seeking a full-time Minister of Children and Families to lead a gospel-centered children’s ministry (Pre-K–5th). Our goal is to ignite in children a desire for a genuine relationship with Christ, equip kids with a biblical foundation for spiritual growth and life, and open their eyes to the mission field around them. We are seeking a qualified candidate that will develop a loving, fun, engaging, and interactive environment, while being intentional to reach children with God’s truth. This position will also seek to establish intentional relationships with their families by encouraging and equipping parents to develop a Biblical worldview in their children.
