Growing multi-site church in Clarksville, TN looking for an effective leader to come lead our Kids Min program. Job includes building and coaching a team of effective lay leaders to carry out ministry to kids and families. Includes Sunday kids worship, kids small groups, Wednesday night kids discipleship, and VBS or equivalent summer kids event. Expectation is that kids will be given a strong gospel foundation while having a super nice and safe time at church. Big goal is that kids will become lifelong disciples of Christ and entire families will be drawn in as well as a result of our Kids Min.
