Job Description

Job description - To handle all technical aspects of student registration, enrollment, withdrawal and graduation.  Will work closely with the administration to ensure a timely and professional admissions process for returning and new students.  


Representative duties - Create and update both online and paper student registration documents, distribute re-enrollment documents to current families, participate in recruitment of new students, provide reminders of deadlines to families, process incoming admissions paperwork and maintain student database, develop and maintain admission records systems, create and distribute student transcripts as needed, create reports for administration, classroom teachers and local school districts.


Initial qualifications - Successful applicants will be exceptionally trustworthy, have a strong independent work ethic, be highly organized, punctual and accurate, and have excellent communication and computer skills.  The ability to securely handle highly confidential information is a must.  Three years experience in a modern office, ideally in an educational setting, preferred.  Google, Microsoft and data entry skills needed.
