Human Resources Director

North Way Christian Community is seeking a full-time Human Resources Director for our multi-site church. The Human Resources Director directs, leads, and develops all aspects of human resources within North Way, including but not limited to employee recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention, continuous learning and development, performance management, succession planning, payroll and benefits, human resources policies and legal compliance, in an environment that empowers and encourages ministry to expand God’s Kingdom. Fundamental qualifications for all applicants are a growing relationship with God, a desire to impact the world with the love and message of Jesus Christ, and the willingness to regularly attend and participate in North Way worship services and ministry activities. The Minimum Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a human resources professional role; experience in faith-based and/or non-profit organizations highly preferred
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of employment-related laws and regulations
• Experience in conflict resolution, team management, and employee recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention, performance management and succession planning
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office-based products
