The Director of Religious Education and Evangelization administrates (designs, develops, directs, and evaluates) a total Parish Catechetical program and provides leadership to assist the Parish Community in building a solid foundation of catechetical ministry and outreach.
Qualifications:
BA in Theology, Religious Education or a related field and/or a certificate in ministry or theology from a catholic institution of higher learning.
Two or more years of teaching experience in a Catholic School or equivalent and at least on year of administrative experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Must successfully pass the required background check and all requirements of the Program for Child and Youth Protection prior to employment and maintain a satisfactory background check throughout employment. Background Checks are required every 5 years.
