The Children’s Ministry Director position is an integral part of our vision to reach families in the greater Dallas area. Our hope is that this individual will be able to recruit, train, and equip teachers to effectively disciple children preschool through 5th grade through our various children’s ministry programs.
This position requires the ability to provide leadership to our Sunday morning and midweek children’s ministries. Successful candidates will demonstrate knowledge of children’s ministry standards and practices. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate an ability to recruit & train volunteers and sustain ministry programs for an extended period of time. It is also important for this person to develop positive personal relationships within the church and the community. Candidates must be able to relate with all age ranges from children to teens, parents to seniors.

We are an intergenerational church in rural Willamette Valley about 7 miles outside the town of Dallas, Oregon. We have a number of growing families and are excited for our Family Pastor to provide leadership for our Children's and Student ministries. We have Sunday School and and one blended worship gathering on Sunday mornings with youth and mid week children's programs during the week. We are part of the North American Baptist Conference.
