The Youth and Family (YF) Ministry Coordinator plays a key role in building lasting faith-based relationships with children and young people at Norway Lutheran Church. As part of an overall team, with leadership from Pastors and guidance from the Church Council, Education Action Committee and Youth Action Committee, the YF Coordinator is responsible for developing, delivering, and administering various programs within the children’s, youth, and family ministry areas. We are a growing church of the ELCA. Throughout the pandemic we have been trying new ways to deliver services and assist people in growing their faith. Now we need more staff to keep up. Our worship is both traditional and contemporary and we are in the middle of a building renovation too.
