WORSHIP MINISTER: FULL-TIME
We are looking for the right person to join our team and lead our Worship Ministry at FBC Castroville. The Worship Ministry has a talented vocal and instrumental team who are primed and ready for Godly leadership and gospel driven worship ranging from modern contemporary to classic hymns. We are looking for a talented person who loves Jesus and connects naturally with others.
YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT TRACK IF YOU ARE:
- Skilled in worship leading with at least two years of experience.
- Experienced in developing and motivating musicians to hone their craft and engage others in worship.
- Willing to relocate to our community.
- Awesome at communicating and relating to others, especially in a worship and Sunday morning setting.
YOU’LL BE HAPPY IF YOU ENJOY:
- Building a relational worship ministry team.
- Recruiting, training, coaching, and leading musicians, vocalists, and AV volunteers.
- Coordinating with the Senior Pastor to create weekly worship experiences.
- Being a team player who collaborates with all ministries during weekend services.
