Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 4:30pm


  • Identify and prioritize all maintenance needs on campus.
  • Complete work orders and ensure that all work orders are completed in a cost-efficient, safe, and timely manner implementing best practices and industry standards.
  • Communicate with the Facilities Manager daily regarding work orders, changes in daily priorities, and maintenance orders requiring financial consideration.
  • Keep the shop, all tools and equipment, and all storage rooms well organized and maintained.
  • Assist and support all church events as needed.
  • Installation of graphics for Worship Ministry.
  • Perform extensive maintenance and cleaning of all Gym Areas for Sports and Fitness Ministry.
  • Complete maintenance needs at Northwest Community Center.
  • Provide support to Event Specialists for special events as needed.
  • Serve on-call as needed to assist with emergency or special situations.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing contractors that are on site.
  • Attend team meetings and staff lunches.
  • Support the Northwest Bible Church mission statement and values.
  • Assist the facilities manager in all other facility needs as requested.

This is necessary to accomplish the Church’s religious mission, goals, and purpose.

  • Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and as Lord.
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) skills.
  • Must be fluent in English and possess effective communication skills.
  • Must possess the ability to read and write in English.
  • Must be capable of sustaining heavy lifting.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb.
  • Must be willing to serve on-call in the event of emergencies.
