Praise and Worship Leader

Calvary Baptist Church is committed to sharing the love of Christ through congregate worship, discipleship, and ministries that promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Calvary Baptist Church in Pilot Point, TX, seeks a dedicated and passionate  part-time Music Minister to lead our congregation in worship. This role involves directing the music team, collaborating with the pastor to align music with sermons, and organizing engaging children’s programs and holiday activities. The ideal candidate will have a heart for worship and a vision to inspire our community through music.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the music team.

• Coordinate with the pastor to plan and integrate music that complements the sermon.

• Organize and direct children’s musical programs and special holiday events.

• Foster a vibrant and inclusive worship experience for all.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in church music ministry is preferred.

• Ability to play and lead with musical instruments.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• A heart for worship and community.
