Associate Pastor - Student/Outreach

We are looking for an Associate Pastor with a focus on Student/Kids ministry and Outreach. HCC is in the midst of sustainable growth, and we are need someone who can hit the ground running. Amazing opportunity to pick your curriculum (other than orange), grow the already growing student ministry and start programs that will reach kids for Christ and grow them in the Lord.

Along with Student/Kids ministry, the right candidate will also run outreach for the church in conjunction with the vision and mission set by the Senior Pastor and Directional Board.

We preach Jesus, love people and live like missionaries. The church is a great mix of all generations with the younger generation growing rapidly (we have gone from 3 to 25 kids in under 4 years).
