One Missoula Church of Missoula, Montana is looking for a Connections Pastor to join their team. They are looking for a person who can preach occasionally but spend the majority of his time creating excellent assimilation and small group systems. The Connections Pastor will “own” the process from a first-time guest arriving in our parking lot to the follow-up that connects them to our growth track. Eventually, this position would also oversee the health, multiplication, and leadership development of the small groups.

In two hours or less, you could arrive at world-class skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, fishing, hiking, camping, hunting, boating, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, and more. People also love living here because of the relaxed attitude and laid-back feel.
