Church Administrator
Directly Accountable to: Pastor
Indirectly Accountable to: Staff Parish Relations Committee
Objective: To organize and coordinate the functions of the church office.
Responsibilities: Due to the many important functions of this position, all responsibilities are deemed primary and must be properly organized by the Administrator in order to complete them. Duties include answering the phone, serving as a channel of information to and from staff/laity, coordinating master calendar for church activities and outside groups, Maintaining Church Windows, general filing, creation of weekly bulletins, annual reports, and many other general office duties.
We are Bay United Methodist Church. Located on Lake Rd, between Bayview and Bassett in Bay Village, OH.
