Campus Pastor

Real Life Church of Austin, Texas is in search of a Campus Pastor in Corpus Christi, Texas. This person will serve as the primary leader to move forward the vision of Real Life Church and create a structure to handle future growth at their campus. The Campus Pastor will have the responsibility and authority for discipling and mobilizing the campus teams for effective vision and ministry at the campus. The Campus Pastor will offer pastoral leadership to the campus and will also ensure that the systems, practices, and policies of the church responsibly and effectively support its ministry activities.

What you’ll be doing:

• Teaching and leading in small, medium, and large group settings
• Planning and executing worship and other creative elements to complement the teaching in each ministry environment
• Provide leadership to the campus staff team
• Overseeing the training and development of the campus leadership team
• Providing coaching to the staff in the design and implementation of all church ministries including periodically evaluating appropriate changes to organizational structure to reflect ministry strategy

• A mature relationship with Jesus with a passionate love for God and for people
• Strong leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial abilities, from big picture strategy to operational details
• Effective preacher and verbal communicator
• Good time-management skills
• Ability to discern needs and respond appropriately and sensitively
