IT Project Manager

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Sagebrush Church is searching for a project manager who will manage complex projects and thrive in an environment with various tasks related to organization and communication. If you enjoy the details of a solid plan and the task of getting things done, this role may be for you.

Our project manager will keep our IT and Web Team up to date with current information for all platforms while juggling multiple competing priorities and communicating across multiple teams. Bonus points if you enjoy working on projects IT, App and Web, as this is the team you’ll provide support for.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with content writers and ministry teams to make sure site content, layout and visuals are always current and accurate.
• Request design or video support from our Creative team to keep our platforms always fresh and up to date.
• Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and end-user engagement metrics.
• Set due dates and timelines for constantly changing information going on and off of the app and web.
• Be the advocate for project movement, so tasks don't get bottlenecked.
• Establish and maintain systems and procedures so all ministries always have efficient ways to communicate with the IT/Web team.
• Attend team meetings for vision and planning. Track updates and key action items in our project management tool.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A dynamic and growing relationship with Christ, and live a way of life that is Jesus-focused.
• Attention to detail is your passion while maintaining a creative eye in the production of team projects.
• Hands-on experience with Monday.com or similar PM tools.
• Enjoy taking action when answers to a problem are not readily apparent.
• Enhanced skills in developing processes and establishing priorities.
• Experience or at least an interest in the film and television industry is helpful.
• Our ideal candidate would have some college-level coursework in project management, business administration, or closely related field. In lieu of education/three years of related work experience.
