RiverTree Christian Church in Massillon, Ohio, is looking to add a Campus Pastor to its team. The Campus Pastor at each RiverTree location leads the campus towards God’s vision for living as disciples of Jesus Christ in their unique contexts through our common vehicles of missional communities, public gatherings, and partnerships.
What you’ll be doing:
• Being the primary representative of your campus to the community
• Intentionally building relationships with people, places and organizations within the community
• Creatively planning public gatherings that unify and equip the church body around a common vision
• Providing catalytic preaching and exhortation that spurs the church to action
• Building and unifying the campus staff team to build teams and work together toward campus growth
• Overseeing facilities and all the ministries housed within as ‘mission hub’ to community
What skills you need to have:
• Passion for investing in the next generation
• Desire to develop and send leaders to plant churches
• Live supernaturally
• Excellent preaching
• Leadership
• Vision casting
Lake Township (where RiverTree Lake is planted) is a suburban/rural community that many families flock to. It has easy access to the highway & isn’t far from several urban centers. They have a great school district and a safe and tight-knit community.
