Role Description:
We are looking for an individual who is exploring a call to vocational ministry through worship. The Worship Resident helps support the Worship Director both vocally and instrumentally. We are looking for someone who is committed to following Christ and leading in accordance with the vision, mission and values of King’s Park.
To be successful as a Worship Resident, candidates should be musically talented and committed to developing skills personally and developing our volunteers and the congregation in worship. Most importantly, the Worship Resident should have a genuine desire to lead worship for people across generations and cultures to help people know God, grow together, discover purpose and make a difference.
Our desire for the Worship Resident is to gain vocational ministry experience, build connection with the surrounding community and most importantly grow spiritually and personally in life and ministry skills.
