Description: Cornerstone is an established church in an economically strong and growing community of 34,000 people. We are seeking a senior pastor for a congregation of over 160. Responsibilities include preaching and teaching God’s word and providing Biblical spiritual leadership and organization.
We are seeking a servant leader who is willing to shepherd our congregation and a person of prayer that leads by example and is capable of leading others in developing their own prayer practices. This leader should also be an effective communicator whose high view of scripture and relatable style challenge people to apply God’s word. Cornerstone is looking for a person who values building and developing relationships within and outside the church.
Preferred Qualifications: Ordained, called by God, and loves people. Seminary degree, 5+ years of pastoral experience preferred. Must be in agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message and our church Mission and Vision statements.
