Job Description

Church Overview

We are a 4.5 yr old church that desires to see people come to KNOW, LOVE, and OBEY Jesus. We believe that’ll happen as disciples make disciples. By God’s grace we’ve been living out that mission and have seen our church grow through 80 baptisms, a college ministry that reaches 250+ Mizzou students, and a community side that is zealous for the Lord. As you might imagine, all this growth has caused some logistical challenges. We in a spot with our growth/size dynamics where we need assistants in bringing structure to better care for our congregation. Three roles in helping an idea become a reality seem to be: Owner, Producer, Execution – Therefore your primary role would be to assist the pastoral staff as a “Producer” and “Executor” of that vision.

Job Overview

  1. Assists the Lead Pastor as he seeks to ensure all (Staff/Leaders/Members) of Anthem are Known, Loved, and Cared for. (Primary)
  2. Keep the staff, leaders, and church body organized and informed through relationally excellent communication. This means especially keeping key dates and details before the staff team. Helping the Lead Pastor in managing details (and staff) to executing vision and communicating it’s completion.
  3. Coordinate events, weekly programs, phone and email communication, HR paperwork, bills, and other day to day tasks. (Secondary)
