Director of Senior Adult Ministries

Purpose:

To offer Senior Adults meaningful, ongoing fellowship through activities and programs that will enhance a deeper spiritual growth.

Position Responsibilities

• This position is part-time, 20 hours/week
• Create, plan and coordinate innovative and exciting programs for Senior Adults.
• Develop outreach to local Senior Adults in the community.
• Network with other Senior Adult Ministry programs in the area.
• Support Senior Adults in life events.
• Engage seniors in meaningful fellowship with peers.

Position Qualifications

• Exhibit a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Possess passion and compassion for Senior Adults.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with older adult populations.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills.
