Office & Media Coordinator
Purpose: To serve the needs of the pastor and ministries of New Braunfels Bible Church through clerical, administrative, and digital content support.
Required attributes: A caring attitude, excellent people skills, high integrity, and a collaborative mindset; be accessible, responsive, and flexible to handle the changing needs of the church; possess administrative, communication, project management, content creation, website management, and computer/database skills. We are seeking a Christ-centered and spiritually gifted person.
Basic Function: Perform various secretarial and administrative duties, including tasks involving word processing, printing, and data entry; drafting newsletters, blog posts, and marketing materials that align with brand style guidelines; managing day-to-day content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with audiences across platforms; website management overseeing technical and content aspects
1. Knowledge and skill needs
Microsoft (Word, Excel), Google Suite, Canva, MailChimp, Adobe Express
Church management software (e.g. Planning Center) and presentation software (e.g. ProPresenter)
Digital content management (e.g. WordPress, GoDaddy, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
2. Office Coordinator Duties
Administrative support for the pastor, and indirectly for elders, deacons, and other church ministries.
Attend meetings and take notes, answer telephone, and assist membership with any concerns or needs.
Produce documents for weekly services and special events (weekly and monthly newsletters, pamphlets, brochures, special event mailings, etc.) Copying, Printing, Folding, Mailing.
3. Media Coordinator Duties (in cooperation with the AV/IT/Communications Lead)
The Office & Media Coordinator will report to the Senior Pastor
