Job Description

Opportunity to work in ministry for a world outreach of compassion projects, help the most needy, as well as communicating with customers through various channels. Looking for a competent, organized, and responsible Customer Service Representative, to help answer incoming customer and member calls. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional, responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller; update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call; maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times as well as responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Someone who can work diligently under pressure and with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion. Able to work well with teams, but also independently, self-motivated, go-getter, able to meet deadlines.


Able to do Clerical tasks with a mastery in Computers (MS Office, Database, etc.).
