Position Summary:
The Youth Minister is a part-time position that will lead the youth ministry (Grades 6–12) at KSBC. This role involves overseeing all aspects of youth discipleship, outreach, and activities. The ideal candidate has a strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ and the gift to help youth with spiritual development. Base salary 15,000 annual with extra pay for extra hours worked as needed.
Primary Responsibilities:
-Lead and develop Bible studies for Sunday morning and Wednesday evening youth gatherings
-Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to youth
-Plan and coordinate youth events such as VBS, and other community and youth fellowship events.
-Lead youth ministry outreach in the church and beyond to the community and local schools.
-Organize and attend youth camps
-Create a calendar for events, programs and Bible studies.

-A clear calling to youth ministry.
-Ability to teach Scripture clearly and relate well to students and parents.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-Ministry experience and/or theological education preferred
