Crossroads Church of Fayetteville is looking to hire a director of music. The position requires a person of Christian faith who has the ability to lead worship and build a thriving team of volunteers. We are an upbeat/casual/contemporary church. Most of our music worship is CCM but creativity and a broad musical pallet are a plus. We are not looking for a worship show, but we do seek quality, passion, and the ability to lead. You may be the right fit for us if you can sing and lead from either guitar or keys, if you are skilled in public communication, and if you have the ability to build and sustain a worship team.
There are two Crossroads campuses with growth potential. The job responsibilities include preparing two capable worship teams to lead the church as we worship with music on Sunday mornings and to prepare/perform worship music at various other non-Sunday occasions throughout the year.

Primary Responsibilities:
Plan and lead music for our Sunday morning worship services.
Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for the worship teams.
Participate in weekly staff meetings/check-in.
Lead weekly rehearsals with each team.
Participate in other meetings and planning sessions as needed.
Co-design and lead music for various special events throughout the year.
Part-time: 15 - 25 hours/week
Salary based on experience and education level.
