Director of Children's Ministries

Grace Community Church in beautiful Sarasota, Florida is in search of a Director of Children’s Ministry. Composed of 3 campuses (including online), Grace Community is looking for someone with experience growing and leading staff and teams in a multi-campus environment. This position will oversee all aspects of children’s ministry at fast-growing Grace Community and is tasked to make their Children’s Ministry the best in Sarasota.

What you’ll be doing:

• Create a better sense of order in the way ministry is executed on weekends
• Handle the administration of the two Campus Children’s Pastors and help them focus more on their Pastor role in the ways we care for children and their families
• Create more impactful outreach to reach families outside our GCC Family
• Increase number of volunteers and lead them well

What you need to have:

• Experience leading a children’s ministry 
• Management experience
• Strong leadership skills
• A passion to serve others out of a love for Jesus. 
• A passion for family ministry and helping children grow in their relationship with the Lord
