FAMILY MINISTRIES DIRECTOR
Status: Full-time
Supervisor: Senior Pastor
Work Week: Sunday - Thursday
Hours: At supervisor’s discretion
Mission: To help lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Vision: To create a church that unchurched people love to attend.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary: Help lead children, students & families into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ by creating an irresistible environment for children and students where they would enjoy it and want to return.
Ministry Area Responsibilities:
- Model a passion for God & families
- Lead the volunteer directors of HSC Kids & Student Ministry
- Fully develop an effective partnership between Hammock Street Church & parents
- Oversee leader development and appreciation
- Develop & oversee a cohesive strategy for the development of children from the cradle to college
- Oversee the quality and spiritual impact of all Family Ministry environments
