The position of Kidpointe Director is immensely important at Crosspointe. This person plays a pivotal role in our mission to lead people to find and follow Jesus by overseeing the programming and ministry to households with children between birth and fifth grade. The position is currently part-time but has a high potential to grow into a full-time position over time. Depending on the situation, there is also a possibility to provide housing at no cost and without affecting any other compensation.
Our multi-site strategy is one that allows for high autonomy at the campus level, but also advantages unique to larger organizations. This person will have high influence on the future of our campus and our impact in the community.
