Richland Baptist Church (RBC) in Richland, WA seeks a senior pastor. Established in 1947 and affiliated with the SBC, RBC is a church of roughly 300 participants in a city of 62,000 and a metro area of roughly 300,000. The church is praying for a pastor who, through Bible-centered preaching, pastoral care, and ministry growth and development, can be used by God to foster spiritual growth for all ages and advance the Gospel in our community and beyond. The RBC senior pastor leads a four-member pastoral team in the development and implementation of the church’s ministries and programs. Preferred candidates will possess a seminary degree, seven or more years of pastoral experience, and particular skill in furthering a church’s ability to effectively reach young families.
