Position Summary
The Remote Assistant provides administrative, organizational, and operational support to ensure efficient daily workflows. This role is responsible for handling communication, scheduling, documentation, data entry, and other tasks that support the smooth functioning of the business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize email correspondence, responding to inquiries as needed.
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Assist with document preparation, editing, and digital filing.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across company systems.
- Conduct basic online research and compile reports or summaries.
- Support project coordination and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Provide customer service support through email, chat, or phone as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare invoices, track expenses, or assist with simple bookkeeping (if applicable).
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support daily operations.
