The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership by handling day-to-day operational tasks, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring efficient workflow. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical).
Communication & Coordination:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive team, staff, and external partners.
Screen and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries on behalf of executives.
Draft, proofread, and edit communications and documents.
Project & Task Management:
Assist with planning, coordination, and oversight of special projects.
Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-up items.
Conduct research and compile data as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership.
Strong problem-solving ability and initiative.
Knowledge of project management tools or CRM software.
