Accounts Manager Job Description
Support and maintenance of the financial business of the church with utmost confidentiality at all times. Responsible for recording, tracking, and reporting financial transactions of the church, and church related entities, including receipt and disbursement of funds, membership contributions, accounts payable, banking and payroll. Prepare periodic financial reports and budgets for Finance Committee, Pastors, and Ministry Directors. Responsible for communicating pertinent financial data to Ministry staff, Finance Committee and specific contribution information to church members. A background check is required. Accounting experience and EXCEL proficiency a requirement; ACS Realm Financial Software a plus. Associate's or Bachelor's in accounting or commensurate experience required.
Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with experience and talents

Schedule: 4-5 days/week; hours negotiable
Work Location: One location, in person, no travel
