ABOUT THE SOZO MISSIONS TRANSPORTATION TEAM LEAD ROLE

THE SOZO MISSIONS TRANSPORTATION TEAM LEAD HAS THE EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Serve children, youth, and their families in Southeast Bradenton.

• Have an immediate impact on our entire mission by providing transportation for those in need in our community.

• Work alongside a passionate team of leaders who are authentic and caring.

YOUR ROLE ON OUR TEAM

The SOZO Missions Transportation Team Lead will serve under the leadership of our Executive Director as a passionate team builder and team leader who will help us ensure the safe transportation of children and youth to and from their homes for SOZO events. They will serve as an authority figure during transportation of children and youth and actively develop positive relationships with children and youth during routes. Our Transportation Team Lead will also serve as the primary steward of our transportation ministry by recruiting and assisting in training of new transportation volunteers, maintaining vehicles, and leading the transportation team as a practical and spiritual encouraging leader.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or GED required.

• Associate's degree preferred; however not required.

• Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record
