Lead Pastor

The Village Church Denton is seeking a Lead Pastor who will joyfully and faithfully shepherd our congregation through preaching, leadership, and pastoral care. The Lead Pastor will provide spiritual direction and oversight in partnership with a team of elders and ministry staff, helping our church continue to grow in gospel-centered discipleship, worship, and mission.

The ideal candidate will possess strong biblical teaching and communication skills, a love for God’s Word and God’s people, and a humble, collaborative spirit. He will demonstrate spiritual maturity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead both staff and congregation with wisdom and grace.

We are prayerfully seeking a pastor who will lead our church family to treasure Christ above all and live on mission in our city and beyond.
