Autryville, North Carolina
Baptist Chapel Baptist Church was founded in 1842 and is located in northern Sampson County in southeastern North Carolina. The church is located about 25 miles east of Fayetteville and around 55 miles south of Raleigh. We have an average attendance of around 100 drawn from our community and other rural communities in the surrounding area.
Agriculture is the main economic driver in our area, so the region surrounding the church consists primarily of farmland and residential areas. Most of our members who are not employed locally in agriculture or the school system commute to Fayetteville, Clinton, Dunn, or Raleigh.
Ministries include the Sunday morning worship service (which is broadcast live on YouTube), Sunday morning Children’s Church, Children’s and Adult Sunday School, Sunday night Youth Bible Study lead by the Next Generation Pastor, Sunday night Adult Bible Study, and Wednesday night prayer meeting, Youth meeting, and children’s activities.
