TACOMA, Washington
We are a bible based, inner city ministry reaching a diverse population. We have a small sport outreach to underserved youth and plan on starting an ESL ministry in January. We offer various classes through a ministry called the School of Urban Ministry. We have dormitories for students who wish to go to this school.
Our senior pastor has pioneered this church for over 40 years. We have a small paid office staff that labors with him. Other then that we have a volunteer staff that does our outreaches and other church programs.
We are looking for someone who might want to take on all kinds of ministry and teaching challenges with youth, etc.
The sky is the limit. We have need for help with technology also.
We have never searched outside our ministry to hire anyone so this is new to us but praying we could find a great fit.
We are a really well taught, solid congregation but covid has hit us hard and we feel like this might be a good option for us.
