Edgewood Baptist Church is a faith family committed to the transforming presence of The Gospel in our lives and community. We believe that the only hope for Jessamine County is faith in Jesus Christ. The ministry of the church is built on a growing relationship with Jesus as revealed in the Bible and experienced in our faith walk with God.

Among Edgewood's strengths are our joy-filled community, our shared commitment to the authority of Scripture, and our many outreach ministries that allow us to share the love of Jesus with our community and the world. Through our Children's Choice Learning Center we connect with local families and share the love of Jesus with children. Through our mission teams we meet critical needs including clothing our neighbors in need and by our support of local rescue and recovery ministries. Through our AWANA ministry for children and Bible Study groups for all ages, we share in a nurturing community that helps grow and mature as God's people.

All are welcome to visit Edgewood. On a typical Sunday morning you will find us in the Sanctuary for our 10:30 am service. You will join about 150 to 200 people of all ages for an uplifting time together. We will sing joyful songs of worship, both contemporary and timeless hymns of faith. You'll hear stories of God's transforming work in the lives of real people. You will hear a message that centers on the Bible as God's message to us that has the power to transform those who listen and receive its message of hope and salvation.
