FBC Friendsville is a missional congregation with the Gospel at its heart. We are located just outside the growing tri-city of Knoxville, Maryville, and Lenoir City. More and more people are moving to and falling in love with East Tennessee every day. FBC Friendsville recognizes and embraces this population growth as their mission field and opportunity to minister to all generations.
Our vision for the student and children’s ministry is to see students, children, and their families tethered to the Gospel. We see this in three key areas. First, sound biblical doctrine (2 Timothy 2:15). Second, biblical relationships (Proverbs 22:6; 27:17). Third, life on mission (Matthew 28:19-20). We are overwhelmed and thankful for what God has done in and through FBC Friendsville over the last 100 years. We are even more excited about what God will do in the coming days.
We look to honor the generations ahead and follow God’s leading as we minister to the generations that follow.
