Belwood Charge: Kadesh, Knob Creek, & St Peters jobs

The Belwood Charge consists of three churches: Kadesh, Knob Creek and St. Peters, who have worked as a charge since June 1957. All three churches are located in northern Cleveland County around the town of Belwood. We have a total membership of 250 and an average weekly attendance of 70. We have a three-bedroom parsonage with an unfinished basement that is available.

We believe in the traditional teachings of John Wesley. Our charge is well known in our area for community service and outreach. We have recently disaffiliated from the United Methodist Church and are looking to grow our church attendance for adults and youth and strengthen our worship services. 

We are located in Western North Carolina, midway between Charlotte and Asheville. Our area is rural; however, you can be to one of the neighboring towns within thirty minutes. South Mountain State Park is twenty minutes away. Gardner-Webb University and Cleveland Community College are located in our County along with the county school system, several private schools,  and a charter school.
