Job Description:

Nevils Crossroads Church, located in Bulloch County, Georgia has been ministering to the community since 1940. Throughout its history, Nevils has been a Methodist Church. However, it disaffiliated from the UMC and now, as is an independent, spirit-filled church, with faith-filled-praying and a community organization.

We are looking for a mature pastor to lead our congregation who wants to enjoy a community that is rural in nature, with a southern lifestyle, but still close to a growth area for shopping, sports, jobs, etc. Our pastor must preach the gospel, baptize believers, equip disciples and be the leader of our congregation.

The candidate will have good administrative skills, Biblical knowledge and evidence of growing previous congregations.

A 3- bedroom, 2- bathroom parsonage is provided for the candidate and an elementary school known for its excellence is also in the community.

Evidence of education, ministerial training, and experience are required along with a picture of you and your family. A resume’ and sample video sermon (thumb drive or CD) are required for consideration of this position.
