Timonium, Maryland
Rebuilt Parish is a 501(c)(3) non-profit and an apostolate of Church of the Nativity in Timonium, Maryland, dedicated to revitalizing and growing Catholic parishes across the United States and Canada. Our mission is to inspire, equip, and empower parishes worldwide to make disciples by helping others grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Founded by Fr. Michael White and Tom Corcoran, Rebuilt Parish began as a transformative effort at Church of the Nativity, creating a model for parish renewal that has since expanded to parishes nationwide. Today, we provide hands-on coaching for approximately 30 Partner Parishes and aim to double this number in the coming years. We focus on helping pastors and parish teams create exceptional weekend experiences, foster deeper faith among parishioners, welcome newcomers, and establish leadership structures that sustain growth.
Our offerings include parish coaching, parish visits for Weekend Observations, speaking engagements for Catholic organizations, and a range of digital resources, such as online courses, content memberships, and free workshops. This holistic approach equips parish leaders with the tools, processes, and inspiration needed to strengthen their communities and create a clear path to discipleship.
As a growing organization, we’ve experienced significant milestones, all the way from the publication of Fr. White and Tom’s first of 7 books, the expansion of our coaching network, and receiving the Pro Ecclesia Award, the highest Papal honor, in recognition of our impact on the Catholic Church.
