Located in Monett, Missouri, Waymark Church has been on a powerful journey of
transformation and growth, and we are excited to continue advancing the
Kingdom of God under Spirit-led leadership.
Waymark is a Church on the Move that has received its identity from God to
become “Waymark Church” formerly “First Baptist Church of Monett,” and
because of our obedience, God has poured out His favor on in undeniable ways.
When we embraced a new identity as Waymark Church, we committed ourselves
to being a guidepost for the lost, a light in the darkness, and a church that points
people toward Jesus Christ.
At that time, our congregation was a faithful few people who believed that God
had more in store. Since then, we have seen incredible growth, reaching
over 400 in attendance at our peak and now averaging around 250 each week.
More than numbers, we have witnessed many salvations, over 120 baptisms,
countless families restored, and a deep hunger for God’s Word.
Waymark Church is a revitalized, growing church with a passion for making
disciples, engaging the community, and seeing lives transformed by the power
of the Gospel.
