Church of The Way jobs

Church of the Way (formerly Salem Baptist Church) began in the 1950s (over 80 years in ministry), and is located in Tampa's urban community on East Busch Blvd. We are a small, intimate church with a K to 12 private Christian School (www.twca1712.com). The church is multi-cultural and multi-generational. The engine that propels this ministry is sincere love. Sermons can be viewed on Facebook (Ctw Tampa) or YouTube (Church of The Way Tampa). The church sits on a city block and has a 6-foot fence around the perimeter for safety & security. The church has access-controlled doors for entry with surveillance cameras around the campus and in classrooms. All rooms (including the sanctuary) have air purifiers (a post-COVID necessity), and the church is also fully alarmed with fire alarms. It is obvious that we care about our people's safety & peace of mind.
