First Baptist Church of Waterford

First Baptist Church of Waterford (FBCW) has been proudly proclaiming the God’s good news to local families living along the beautiful southeastern Connecticut shoreline since 1710. God has blessed us with fine facilities including a full-size gymnasium, ample parking, and large, recently refurbished, youth meeting rooms/classrooms. The area is experiencing a residential building boom and accompanying population growth. It is our vision to grow along with the community for a vibrant youth ministry. To that end we seek a Children & Youth Director with a love for Jesus and a desire to grow with us.
