First Baptist Church of North Platte

The First Baptist Church is a modest-sized multicultural Baptist church committed to leading people to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We pursue this through biblically grounded preaching, relational ministry, and engaging programs that serve all generations—including AWANA, children's church, and youth ministry. We affirm and encourage women in a variety of ministry roles, such as Sunday school, children's church, worship, youth ministry, AWANA, retirement home worship services, and missions (including quilting and food pantry). Our congregation is shepherded by a seasoned and stable leadership team, including a Lead Pastor with long tenure and deep commitment to Christ and the local community.
