Evangel Assembly of God

We are an Assemblies of God church that believes in the gifts of the Holy Spirit for this generation. We want God to demonstrate Himself to all people and God’s gifts to manifest themselves in a way that builds up and brings comfort to the body of Christ and meets needs at Evangel.

Culturally as a church, our prayer is that we will demonstrate Jesus’ identifying mark of faith and discipleship, and that is love.

As a church, may we act out in love for one another. Jesus said in John 13:34-35, "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this all men will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." NIV

Our goal is to create an environment where people can grow passionately in love with Jesus. When you love the Lord, you can’t help but love other people. May we go forward in His plan and purposes for our lives, and find a place to serve the Lord and one another.
