Village Chapel Church is accepting applications for a Director of Children’s Ministry to lead Village Chapel in reaching out and raising up disciples of children (birth through 5th grade). Village Chapel is a growing fellowship of 480+ people located in Ashville, Ohio (13 miles south of the Columbus outer belt). Village Chapel is FOR Jesus, FOR our Community and FOR You!

The existing children’s ministry mission is "partnering with Parents to see their children COME to Jesus, GROW in Jesus, LIVE for Jesus, and TALK about Jesus." Our Ministries include Awana, VBS, Foundations to Grow on Preschool, After School Kid's Club, American Heritage Girls as well as weekend Children's programing (please see our Kid's Page on our website for more information).

Village Chapel is located in the Teays Valley School District. Four elementary schools are within 15 minutes of the church. The Director of Children’s Ministry must have a contagious relationship with Jesus Christ, excellent verbal and written communication skills, practical leadership qualities, and a passion for discipling adult leaders to lead children in a deeper walk with Christ. We are seeking a self-motivated person who is a proponent of biblical-evangelical theology. Ministry degree, theological education and/or ministry experience are desired.
