Christ Community Church

Christ Community Church was planted in 2019 with a core team of 30 adults and 30 children. Since that time the Lord has blessed us with a permanent facility and growth in our membership. We currently have two worship services with approximately 300 in attendance. We planted our first church in August, 2025. 

We are a reformed Southern Baptist Church and a member of the Pillar Network. We emphasize exegetical preaching, we promote the importance of community within the body, and we encourage every believer to be a missionary in their context. 

Harker Heights is located in Central Texas on Interstate 14. We are approximately 1 hour north of Austin and 2 hours south of Dallas. Our church facility is strategically located across the street from the local YMCA and a local park. We are placed in a high residential area close to many schools. Our community is situated close to Ft. Hood, one of the largest military installations in the world. This creates a unique opportunity to train up believers who will be sent across the country and around the world. 

We are seeking a qualified man to lead worship in our services and to execute the discipleship plan the Elders have established.
