Youth Pastor/Media

The Youth Pastor at Orchardville Church will seek to glorify God by leading efforts to develop, coordinate, direct, and oversee all Modified Youth programs, activities, and events. The Youth Pastor will recruit, develop, equip, and support volunteer leaders and workers who assist with the Modified Youth functions. The team invests in and and participates in the spiritual growth and development of students at the middle school and high school levels. The Youth Pastor will also oversee the graphics, media, and video production at Orchardville Church.

Job Requirements:

Experience serving on a Student or Youth Ministry team preferred

Demonstrated servant leadership abilities

Strong relational skills that will foster connections with students, parents, volunteers, and other Orchardville Church staff

Ability to communicate effectively

Strong technology and organizational skills

Media/Video Editing/Graphic Design

Primary Responsibilities:

Build relationships with students, teaching them the Word of God.

Model for the students what a disciple of Christ looks like.

Integrate students into the whole body of Orchardville Church.

Invite students in the community to participate in the ministry.

Build relationships and partner with our parents.

Oversee the Modified Youth budget.

Provide oversight of church social media pages and other communications.

Graphic design; video editing and production

Connect with other Youth Pastors in the area.

Participate in other pastoral responsibilities, such as visitations, weddings, funerals, and pastoral counseling; and attend pastoral staff meetings.

Other Details:

This is a full-time, (40 hours per week) salaried position. Besides base compensation, the position includes health insurance; paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay.
