Vision & Purpose of This Role:

The Groups and Outreach Director will lead the charge in connecting people to meaningful community and mission at Stonecreek. This leader will oversee all small groups and Bible studies, ensuring that at least 50% of our weekend attendance finds a group where they can belong and grow. They will also launch and lead a dynamic outreach ministry that spreads the Gospel into our neighborhoods, while developing and managing a network of local mission partners that allow Stonecreek to serve our city in powerful and practical ways.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and coaching of Group and Study leaders. 
• Develop and implement a year-round recruitment strategy for new leaders.
• Build a network of Small Group Coaches.
• Lead Small Group Coaches in training and coaching throughout the year.
• Utilize AGA (Average Group Attendance) and Core Score data to make discipleship-driven decisions.
• Keep an active read on the growth and health of our Groups to push for healthy multiplication. 
• Launch and grow a dynamic outreach ministry.
• Develop a consistent training for people to experience serving with the outreach team. 
• Plan regular outreach events to help us reach our goal of 100,000 Gospel Conversation, and contribute to our Disciple Groups.
